[it's a little late to not be seen as a lunatic.]

People love gods because they lack benevolence. Gods savor the taste of power, [Hannibal expresses next to nothing compared to Vincent, sipping his wine about as much of a message as his hands hold a close prayer] though power, like any indulgence, carries with it exquisite consequence.

[god kills people all the time. for Vincent to refer to his god as one of pure benevolence is surely a lie, one he catches and holds, gaze sharp. Vincent is speaking the way someone would from an organization that indoctrinates. not dabbling in other religions only confirms his suspicions.]

That depends entirely on how far you'd like me to reach... and which pantheons you find most intriguing. Or perhaps, you’re content to remain in the dark?
