Harold's eyes widen, and he leans in closer to look at Edward's arm in better detail automatically, though he doesn't try to touch. It's constructed meticulously, and with incredible precision. He's never seen anything remotely like it. If he'd been looking for an intellectual distraction, this certainly provides one.

"Bio-powered in what way? I'd think you could at least add some kind of insulating coating like melting down powdered plastic. I'm decent with mechanics... though I'm afraid I have no experience with prostheses."

He's far more than decent with mechanics, but Harold would still be the first to admit he has no expertise in medicine or human biology, so he's not sure how applicable that is here.
