It's going to be almost the same if you're moving, but you'll want to point your toes in slightly as you push your feet out. Try to make it one motion or your feet will collide and you're liable to fall over. Watch me.

[ He gives a demonstration, moving along the ice slowly and then in one smooth motion bringing his knees in, pointing his toes in, and pushing his feet out. He comes to a swift stop, and then pushes himself to the side so she has room to practice. ]
