Gorgug smiles, small and sheepish, but no less fond. Happy, to be sure.
"I know," he replies warmly. "Thanks. I'll go find those books."
He stands up with the last of those words, feeling the cold air reach his body as he leaves the warmth of the daybed. Nods to Jason, and his book.
"Hope the last poem is like, really cool. Really ends on a deep line."
And he's not even joking... isn't that what you want at the end of any book?
