with vincent's words about how the town called others into it, she began to realize that james had most likely seen his own version of hell. after all, why would he see the monsters she saw? the ones that seemed to remind her of the violence dahlia inflicted on alessa, the ones that seemed to remind her of her place in their world; a body that only served to birth their god and nothing more?
