If it was me, I'd take it and then I'd pick several younger people to mentor so I could step aside as soon as I could. When the fighting started..." he trailed off as he considered. He took a drag of his cigarette. If he had been then? He'd smooth things over. If he was now? "I'd give them a voice where I could, put them in line where it went against what was best for most.
