It is more of a tool of ceremony rather than of practical use. It serves as my sigil, and I wear it when visiting other realms in an official capacity of the Lord of the Dreaming and also into battle. I crafted it eons ago from the spine and skull of an unnamed god who sought my realm for themselves.
