OPEN LIBRARY MINGLE
Right across the street from the apartments and not far from the hospital is the library, a five-story neoclassical building of terra cotta, brick, and stone. The inside is an early 21st century New York City public community library. All five floors are occupied by books and study rooms. There's even small sections of audiobooks on compact disks and of DVDs ranging from old classics to history shows.
Prior to the mission to Aphaia the library was kept immaculately clean; visitors might note now that it has fallen into some mild neglect, dust coating all the surfaces.
The second floor has a private area guarded by a solid door and biometric scanner, and the same on the third.
