I do-- they're very useful. They're the main riding and draft animals elsewhere--I suppose horses there evolved to be more... violent. And they could be useful here.
[Not that she would necessarily try them against the rivers dividing the different islands. If they could handle crossing over using the trolley tracks as a bridge, though....]
Considering the main roads for vehicles are only in the cities, riding a chocobo could let more people get around. As opposed to the trolleys... which are nice but gods, are they slow.
