Sitting around a campfire feels really nostalgic, but not for summer camp reasons. Roasting marshmallows on a stick is a new aspect of camping, and Popp is doing fantastic at that. After setting a couple on fire by accident, anyway.

Of course Popp's new tie-dye garb is heavy on the green. There are hints of other colors but he has a signature look. Which, yeah, includes the gloves. He doesn't wear them to bed, but there can't be that many people here who have seen him sleeping. Probably?
Archery Shenanigans
Archery. This should be easy, probably.
"I'm not from one of those fancy technology worlds; I see people use bows all the time. I grew up in a weapon shop, even. This should be in my blood."
Having talked himself up, Popp promptly has a go at actually firing the arrow. He yelps and falls backwards, and it soars straight up... and will be coming down eventually. Possibly towards him, possibly to whoever is watching him. Good luck. He does have an out, for the record, which is point blank incinerating the arrow with fire from his hands before it hits him. He just very much looks like he needs a daring rescue so he might not have the chance to show that off.
Arts and Tech
Despite his earlier statements about technology, he's been put in the gadget cabin? Fine. Never say that he's not willing to rise to the occasion and support the team. What would Master Avan do? First of all, a much better job, but he's not here so his worst student will just have to do his best. Confident face, Popp. You've got this.
"All right, I know we have elevators in Etraya, but they're terrible. They're ugly, they're enclosed so you can't jump out if they catch on fire, and they have way too many buttons. We're going to make an improved elevator based on cutting edge innovation from my own world."
He points to various parts of a diagram. A lightly questionable diagram? The measurements are clear enough but instead of a motor there is something labeled gravity enchantment and also the control system is on the floor.
"I need someone sturdy to help me to test the weight system, and someone good with crafts to help nail all these boards together and paint them like a giraffe."
He hopes nobody asks him what a giraffe is, because he's not entirely clear on that.
