[Maria had been created to depend on one person. she wasn't strong and she wasn't intelligent. though she couldn't see her own gift with being able to socialize, not quite seeing how that was a skill not just everybody had. this camp situation had actually been a good thing for her and even if she didn't think she'd done a great job at the music therapy gig, she'd done better than she would give herself credit for.] Our objective was just be here?
