If you are referring to laborers, my creators did not need to build machines for that. Drzyr society is divided into castes, with the physical work being given to the Ofildi. However, they were Drzyr, and still valuable. They created us for the tasks that their people could not manage.

It is a symbiotic relationship, as we have no drive - and if we are left to our own tasks, we have no impulse to seek out new information and will eventually break down. Thus, our creators give us constant purpose.
