Do you run into one of them:

1. At the apartments near the Hospital? Find them on the top floor.

2. In the food stores (Kwik Trip, 7-11, Bangtang Market, the bot-run restaurants) scattered throughout Etraya? Snacks are at a premium for some of these guys.

3. On a rooftop somewhere in Etraya. Yes, even Lois.

4. Exploring the Daily Planet. It's the wrong one, but it's also what's here.

5. Down in the Catacombs. Why has part of Paris been recreated here, anyway?

6. Wildcard yourself anywhere in Etraya!

Which one do you stay at?

( between the manor and the tower he means. )

[ At the moment? Neither. ]

The manor. Wayne Tower is occupied.

[ By people he's not trying to have any sort of conversation with. ]

( right. by the... other bruce. damian had told him a little about that. )

It's kind of weird how there's places here from back home. I mean... this isn't home but they still have reminders of it here.

[theknightshift]

[ It is kind of weird. Like puzzle pieces jammed together until they fit, regardless of the picture they made. It didn't feel like home to Bruce, but the familiarity is unsettling. He imagines it's by design. ]

Have you found any other familiar places?

[solarson]

Well, there's Big Belly Burger I saw and The Daily Planet. Your place and the tower. Um... I think that's it. I don't think the farm is here or, if it is, I haven't found it.

( he's a little sad about that. he loves the kent farm, but. he's also not sure how he'd feel seeing it if it was entirely different or even just a little off. )

The bots will sometimes build places from our worlds when we arrive.

[ He wonders how. If the AI is somehow looking through their memories as they're being brought here. Something to brood about anyway. ]

The farm might appear one day.

I guess.

( at that, he falls quiet — looks down there to his red sneakers before he's looking out at the skyline. )

I know things are weird with D and all, especially because he's... smaller than usual. ( sorry damian, you're still a shorty compared to him. ) But I'm glad he's not alone here. That he has you and Nightwing.

[theknightshift]

He has you too, Jon.

[ Jon is a Super, but he's still just a kid. He would help Damian be more of a kid himself. Something he definitely needs. ]

I'm glad for that.

[solarson]

( his sudden bout of gloom disappears as quickly as it came as he smiles over to bruce— er, batman there and he nods as he turns more towards him. )

He doesn’t even know we’re friends yet but he will.

( deep down he knows they’ll find that friendship again. )

[ Definitely a Super. This kid is all sunshine. ]

Look out for him when I can't.

( hands going behind his back, he nods, smile still there gentle on his face. )

Well, yeah. That's what friends do. Even when they don't know you're friends yet.

( but you will, damian. you will. supers strong arming their way into a bat's life — and heart!! — is inevitable and that includes damian's dad, too. )

[theknightshift]

[ Bruce would like to be excluded from this narrative, thank you. ]

[solarson]

Uh, yeah. I'll try my best.

( even though he's learning them himself, but. not like he's going to abandon his... younger and different father. )

I guess I should go then since you seem to be ok and all.
