LADIES NIGHT

As people start to 'settle in' to their lives on Moorecraft, Rosie has the idea to spice things up a bit thanks to the tasks they've been given. All the women of the neighborhood - whether teen or adult - will receive an invitation hand-delivered by the blonde to a friendly weekend get-together. There will be family-friendly fun for the teenagers, but once they go to sleep it'll be time for the adults to enjoy themselves.

The only real rule will be no boys allowed*. No pretend-husbands, brothers, or sons- This is a ladies' night, after all!

(*Angel Dust will be an exception as Rosie's 'bestie' of honor.)

❥ Men are also not allowed but that doesn't mean they can't try to crash the party or get caught trying to do so. Just be careful about curfew and know that it might look bad on any men who do find their way in the midst of this get-together.

❥ Although not set in stone or all-inclusive, Rosie has made a basic itinerary for the evening below.

❥ Her house is the standard layout and, unfortunately, she doesn't have anything to really hide. People are free to try though! The most scandalous thing they'll discover is her vibrator collection but she won't actually be ashamed about that.

6:00PM

Dinnertime! As people arrive, they'll be encouraged to put in their pizza order. Did you think Rosie was cooking? Ha, good one. There will also be dessert in the form of various flavors of ice cream. There's even mochi! That one was made by Rosie and - despite her self-proclaimed lack of culinary skills - pretty good.

8:00 PM

Party games! Although more for the teen girls than anything, Rosie won't stop any of the ladies from participating. Some suggestions, but not an exhaustive list are: Truth or Dare, Scavenger Hunt, Spin The Bottle (of nail polish), Blindfolded Make-up, Board Games, and so on!

10:00 PM
(Teenagers)

Movie! What's a sleepover without making a pillow fort and watching a scary movie together? This will actually be a bit of a distraction for the teenagers over since...

11:00 PM
(Adults)

Drinks! Gossiping! While the teens are pre-occupied with a movie, Rosie will round up the adult women for the evening to have some cocktails (or beer, if preferred) and talk about their lives so far in Moorecraft. The good, the bad, and everything in-between! Nothing is off the table.

"I can see why!" she agrees, assessing her next move. Hm, she could afford that property but auctioning it sounds like a fun time too.

"Oh- No? I mean, me either. I didn't gamble myself a lot, but I hung around a bunch of guys who tended to." It was a bit ironic when she thought of it, sometimes, how the exorbitantly wealthy sometimes had nothing better to do with their money than risk losing it.

"I liked playing the role of Lady Luck for them, usually."

"Ah, that's a good one," she replies. "I was way too much of a street rat to aim at that route. Unfortunately, my way out? Enlistment."

She spreads her hands in a way that, in another universe, might be called jazz hands.

"We didn't have much to gamble, but we sure gambled it hard, really. I think everybody's pay packets swapped hands at least once."

Ah, that's... an unfortunate universal thing then, it seems. Rosie knew all too well about enlistment and the connotations of it for many people. It was a way out of poverty, sure, but at what other, sometimes greater costs?

"Oh, jeez," she laughs, at that. It really shouldn't be funny, but: "At least you had your fun where you could, right?"

Nearly all of which she had paid. Oh, time and time again in some cases. She can't help the memories that come to her in the moment, at the others' comment.

"Yeah," she says, carefully pushing past most of what swirls up in her mind. "Yeah, we really did. And wow did we drink a lot in those days."

"And you don't now?" she asks, teasingly. So far, Etraya - or Moorecraft - hasn't been enough to drive Rosie to drink... more than she would otherwise. That might change, of course, but still!

"Probably for the better, honestly. I don't have too many vices but a good, stiff drink will get me every time."

"Not the best idea for someone like me," she says. And she decides to demonstrate subtly, holding her hand out over the Monopoly box, and using the Force to lift some of the houses out of the box, spinning in a slow circle before dropping back into the box.

"So, uh, only in moderation," she added.

Before she can ask what Mal means by that, the Force is in effect. Rosie doesn't feel it like she would some energy manipulations, but that's fine. She chalks it up to the multiverse being a wide, weird place where lots of odd things are possible. "Woah," she breathes out, as the houses move.

"That's super cool though! You can just, like, make things levitate?" Rosie can't do anything... she'd say. In reality, she's actually quite impressively lethal when given the opportunity. Still!

"I get why that'd complicate things though if alcohol was a factor, yeah."

She nods.

"I can, yeah, but there's...well, quite a bit more to it than that. But, heh, not something to have when a buzz comes in, you know?"

"Yeah, I can definitely see why! One minute just floating something, the next it's like... rocking across the room, maybe? Dang."

That's a superpower she imagines some people would consider also acts as a curse.

Given how big a target it paints on their back, definitely might apply.

"Yeah, pretty much. So: no heavy drinking for me, heh."

She shrugs.

"But now I get ice cream, and that's new, so. Y'know. Balance."
